Dark Vision can't see through Duatheden darkness

see title, the doomed skill Dark Vision does not counteract the LoS blocking of Duathedlen dark breath, while it seems from the description that it would.

As far as I'm aware; Darkness [the effect, not lack of light] can only be banished/removed/seen through by a certaint artifact light and that is via feature, not bug.

Okay, then the description for Dark Vision is inaccurate. Instead of:

Your eyes penetrate the darkness to find anyone that may be hiding there. You can also see through the creeping dark but not well enough to directly target someone. You do %d%% more damage to anyone in the dark (or in creeping dark)

perhaps it should read like:
