Brotherhood of Alchemists quest idea

Could the ingredient list be divided up into level-based tiers? Seems kind of... aggravating to have the first quest you get say "Go get me a minotaur nose, some faeros ash, and the fingerbone of a mummy." when you're only level 6-7. The mino nose is level-appropriate for maybe a level 7...ish, but the other two are more for level 23+. Would be nice, with the whole "(Other alchemist) has completed (other alchemist's potion)" bit.
Having satellite internet is a lot like relying on the processes described in those RFC's for your internet. Except, instead of needing to worry about statues interrupting your connection, this time you worry about the weather. I have satellite internet. Fun, no?
