Playing a Temporal Warden in Beta 21, the Angolwen shop had an amulet of mastery for "Chronomancy/Energy" for sale. I do not believe that this skill tree was implemented on any characters yet.

paradox mages were in, in b21, just you had to modify a certain file to play them. Frumple knows which one, iirc. They were allowed to unlock in normal gameplay with b22, and still are unlockable in b23 as far as I know.
Having satellite internet is a lot like relying on the processes described in those RFC's for your internet. Except, instead of needing to worry about statues interrupting your connection, this time you worry about the weather. I have satellite internet. Fun, no?
