Nightsong can be used from inventory

Exactly what the title says - you need not wear Nightsong to use it. It's the only worn item which can be used when it's not being worn, so I think it's a bug.

What could be considered as a bug is that the 'use' command allow choices from the inventory, just to be told after that the item should be worn to be used. Just show items that can be used from inventory instead?

I like being able see usable gear when it's still in inventory. It alerts me that wearing those items would grant me another ability, even though I'm not currently taking advantage of the opportunity. The problem is that Nightsong doesn't say that it must be worn to use; it goes ahead and casts Dark Tendrils when I'm not wearing it. Every other piece of equipment must be worn to activate its effect.

Edit: Though it would be nice if the use screen would grey out items that cannot currently be used.
