Thalore Rogue stuck in Antimagic Quest [b21]

On Win7 32 home premium, my Rogue took the antimagic quest, killed to monsters, then nothing happened after that. I am now stuck in the arena. There are multiple files in the save folder and don't know which if any would be helpful to upload. Thanks.

Usually the last 50 lines or so of the stdout.txt in the same folder as the exe helps a lot. Search for ERROR.

However if you've restarted the game (since this happened), then the old information is gone.

And of course in impetuousness, I did just that..

I checked anyway and I couldn't find anything. Had great mid game kit too..

Don't delete yet! If you're willing to go without antimagic, you can activate debug mode and teleport yourself out of the arena, then go about your merry way. Search the forum for cheat.cfg and the instructions that come along with it, then follow those and use ctrl+left click to teleport yourself to freedom. You may be able to re-attempt the quest by reactivating it through the debug menu -- it's worth a shot, anyway.

Alternately, see if the rod of recall functions. I don't think it will, but there's always a chance...

Rod of Recall doesn't work, just fizzled. I followed debug instructions and the command for debug isn't working. Obviously not my strong suit. The character was built for AM is he was out for revenge against all magic users for previous deaths. I'll hang onto him but I'll probably just reroll someone else and try again. I'll be careful if/when it happens again and pay attention to stdout. Cheers all.

Okay so I made one more attempt. I searched again and found that there are multiple explanations for setting up debug mode. I made another file, teleported out of the ring, saved exited, deleted file so back on main profile, and just went retried and beat the am quest, so happy.
