Time Warden and amulet of willpower

Something strange with +willpower amulet and TW buffs: Both Strength of Propose and Quantum Feed report +2 increase with amulet , but character Str and Mag stat remain the same with and without amulet. Spell save is changing, but physical save is not. Are SoP and QF nonlinear and report wrong stat?

Got it - have to restart buffs. That open possibility for abuse though: Wear +willpower items, restart buffs, remove items. Was already reported I recall now..

Yeah, this is actually an issue with all scaling sustains.
