[b21] Hex of Burning + Level up

Hex of burning seems to trigger when your sustains get refreshed on level up.
I levelled and got hit 6 times for refreshing 3 sustains and took a lot of damage, this isn't a gamebreaker but could result on a cheesy death for certain characters and a lot of sustains.
