[b18] No artifact from Rantha

Killed Rantha, he didn't drop an artifact. This may be because I was wearing the Frost Treads at the time, though I've heard that it could be because I'd "used up" all my possible artifacts for that level.

If the latter then that really sucks, cause I got way too many shitty randarts. Bosses should always drop an artifact.

I just killed him wearing the Frost Treads and got no artifact. Something needs tweaking.

Same and I'm sure there where artifacts available.

I checked her code for obvious typos and didn't see any.

Hmmm, next time can you make sure to do a full save before entering Rantha's level, and then if she doesn't drop anything copy the savefile somewhere else so you can send it to us to probe deeper? Cheers.
