Refreshed Bosses
I've seen discussion here and there of bosses in the starting areas being refreshed after you return from the east and I was wondering if anyone had an up to date list of the zones that refresh so I don't have to dive every zone and search every corner looking for a boss that doesn't exist.
Re: Refreshed Bosses
A few months ago it was Trollmire 2 or 3 (not sure), Kor'pul 5, Forest 3, Maze 1-5, Sandworm Lair 1, Daikara 7, Dreafell 1. I don't know if new ones have been added.
The one in the Maze is terribly hard to find so don't bother.

Re: Refreshed Bosses
Sandworm Lair: 1st level, Daikara: 7th level, Trollmire: 2nd level, Dreadfall: 1st level, Old Forest: 3rd level, Reknor: 4th level, Kor'pul: 5th level.
The maze boss technically shows up from levels 1 to 5 of the maze, but in 19 and 20b is, according to reports, bugged and will never generate, or is at least very likely to not generate.
The new elf zones have no boss on return, nor does the halfling tunnels or any of the dungeons that pop up on the map (ancient ruins, spellblaze, etc).
If you want to double check any of that, you can do a find-in-file of game/modules/tome/data/zones for "activateBackupGuardian" sans quotes. The code that defines whether and where backup guardians appear is in the npcs.lua files.

Re: Refreshed Bosses
Would it be appropriate to move this into wiki, spoiler part? This seems recurrent question.
Re: Refreshed Bosses
Yes, but the new wiki is not as well "received" as the old one was. Dunno, much less going on there now.Postman wrote:Would it be appropriate to move this into wiki, spoiler part? This seems recurrent question.

Make it sticky than...
Re: Refreshed Bosses
The whole point of a wiki is that you can edit it yourself.
Re: Refreshed Bosses
The new wiki will gather more attention as people add more pages and content to it. *Not* adding content to the wiki because it isn't used as much is self-defeating :P
