[b20b] Game crashed and cannot do Tempest quest

My current character has anti-magic so I have to do the Tempest quest through Ziqur. As I was walking out of Daikara after finishing it my game crashed. It is Win XP and it went to not responding mode. I had to CTRL-ALT-DEL and end it. After this I went to Ziqur and the guy that opens the way to the Tempest quest is not there. His room is empty. I went and did the anti-magic quest again and he is still not there.
