Talents on items cost Mana

I was puzzled to see that my Voratun Hammer of the Deep Bellow was not doing any Flameshock once my character reached level 50... In fact, each Flameshock hit decreased his Mana (gained from a Lost Alchemist escort) until it got depleted and now I get messages saying "You have not enough mana to cast Flameshock", just as if my character was an Archmage using the talent.

Definitely a bug. If you don't have a mana bar, it works perfectly well...
