[svn 2692 or 2693] missing ShowErrorStack.lua

SVN rev 2692 checked in something that requires a file named ShowErrorStack.lua which is not present.

Lua Error: error loading module 'engine.dialogs.ShowErrorStack' from file '/engine/dialogs/ShowErrorStack.lua':
       cannot open /engine/dialogs/ShowErrorStack.lua: No such file or directory
Black screen, hang. SVN rev 2691 starts up fine.
