Well, not quite empty, but far less populated than it should be. For several betas now, the Bad Room has contained no dragons whatsoever even on my first visit to the Armory. However, loading up a cheat character and teleporting directly to the Armory, I find the dragons where they should be. Not sure why they're disappearing.
This last visit, the huge room to the right that is normally filled with Warmaster Gnarg and his buddies contained a single orc. I'm not sure whether they died from traps, or disappeared to the same limbo that the Bad Room's dragons did. I didn't notice a pile of loot that looked like Gnarg's stuff, but there's so much loot in the room that it's hard to tell.

Yup happened to me in beta 16 too. I guess the monsters were incinerated by the lava tiles and left no loot.

There are still lava floors in b21... and the wyrm room is still empty.
