[b19] Dirty water tiles not showing up

Hi, just another minor one in b19.
In the moldy vaults in the old forest, the dirty water is now black squares, no longer the murky green. And look/mouseover does not display a tooltip. You can still walk over it fine. And items/monsters in the square can be seen - except for black oozes ;)

Don't know if its related, but getting "dots" in the maze and level 1 of the rogues hideout.
