Hotkeys and you

A few questions about hotkeys:

1) Is tthere a way to see hotkey 13~36? In some characters i actually forget what i set some of them to do...

2) How do i stick a item's 'Use' in a hotkey? For example, a detection wand tied to hotkey #33?

1. Page Up and Page Down keys scroll the hotkeys window through the three different pages.

2. Highlight the equipment item (use up/down arrows on keyboard or hover over with mouse) and then press the desired hotkey - the item will be assigned.
