escort's use of magic triggers failure of Curse of Magic

My character her received a message that he failed the Curse Of Magic Quest when the anthrothril he was escorting activated an aura. I was playing beta 19.

Second, please use the search feature on the forums before reporting something as a bug. A quick search for "curse of magic" show at least two threads already reporting this bug (http://forums.te4.org//viewtopic.php?f=41&t=24333 and http://forums.te4.org//viewtopic.php?f=42&t=24343). Re-reporting bugs can cause other bugs that we are not aware of to slip through the cracks. Thanks.
