ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

After the "Level Generation Failure in Belidurak" bug, I used a Rod of Recall and ended up stuck in the experimentation room.

When you're next around, if you get ahold of a mod we can teleport you out. Saying "mod" in the ingame chat pings us, but if nobody's around to notice, just ping myself or the moderator role on the ToME discord.

However, often when this kinda issue happens, it's accompanied by some regeneration of worldmap or sher'tul fortress, which can lead to other issues if you're in specific quest states when it happens.
