Steam Family Sharing: Multiple guest accounts incorrectly flagged as "Game Owner" and "Gold Donator"

I am playing the game via Steam Family Sharing (my brother owns the game and two DLCs).
On the website, my account is being flagged as a "Gold Donator" and it says I own the game myself,
even though I haven't purchased it on my own account yet.
Thank you so much for this amazing game! It has been a lot of fun to play so far.
While enjoying it, this bug caught my attention, and I wanted to report it since it doesn't seem
intended. Your work and effort are greatly appreciated, and even though these benefits are
currently active for me, my plan is to buy the game for myself soon to support you properly!
It felt important to let you know so you can look into it. Keep up the great work!

Steps to reproduce:
Result:
- Person A purchases the game (and DLCs) on Steam.
- Person A adds Person B, C, D... (up to 5 additional members) to their Steam Family.
- Person B (or any other family member) downloads and starts the game via Family Sharing.
- Person B logs into the game/website account system.
The system incorrectly identifies the guest account as a permanent owner and
grants "Gold Donator" status along with all associated benefits.
Additional Information:
Since a Steam Family can consist of up to 6 members (1 owner + 5 guests),
this bug allows multiple users to claim premium website status from a single purchase.
