Stuck as Mecharacnid but charecter is not dead.

Hello I am playing an Orc Annihilator on Insane for the Embers of Rage. I just blew up the dominion docks and spawned on the non-embers of rage starting wolrd map as my mecharacnid and it will not let me switch or self destruct. To be clear my character did not die, as I used the rod of recall with about 80 turns remaining on the explosion. Below is the screenshot.

Does anyone know a fix for this? I know I am not very far in my run but this was the best I have gotten after days of attempts. Hoping for a solution.

There's some people here who can manually untangle savefiles.

You'll have to hope one of them notices this topic.
Or maybe post on the ToME Discord channel and actively search for one?
