Tempo "Recover" doesn't work if you crit with both weapons

The "recover" part of the tempo skill is supposed to give you stamina when you crit with your offhand, but it only works if you DONT also crit with your mainhand weapon. So if you have 100% phys crit chance it does nothing. I assume thats not how its supposed to work, and rogue/marauder definitely need the extra stamina
