Temporary orc companions in Embers of Rage campaign (at least Sunwell Outpost) do not get the OOC regen boost.

Sitting here holding 5, wondering why it's taking so long, I realized that they weren't getting the regen boost that other pets and companions get when you wait around with them out of combat; I was healing up to full in a few seconds, while they're barely healing at all. Figured it's either an oversight or a bug, so reporting it here.
