[1.7.4] Chest can be opened multiple times

Once the chest is opened, the player can go to the next area, then return and the chest will be available again.

I confirm this bug.
Game version: 1.7.4, no DLC
Required Addons: items-vault
At level 4 of the Ruined Halfling Complex, I encountered a bug in the form of an eternal chest. I open the chest, kill the guards and pick up an orange randart axe tier 4. After exiting level 4 and going back, or after saving and loading - the chest again in unopened. And everything repeats. The axe is always the same. If the developers are interested in game save - I can provide.

I've encountered this bug multiple times as well, playing without any add-ons.
But if I remember correctly, the item is put only once into the inventory (transmog chest), you don't get multiple copies. I didn't try to transmogrify the old item before opening the golden chest and generating the item again, to see if you have an infinity gold exploit.
