Volume of this sound is way lower than others, I can't hear it unless everything else is too loud

Would love a volume bump. I tried using online tools but they just kept drowning out the interesting part of the sound.

If we had source material and could re-encode louder or something, that'd be sweet

I've made that and will see what can be done
