ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Playing as a Higher Archmage, I generally float four points, one in lighting and three in chain lightning. If I pick up Heightened Senses from an escort, it now only lets me remove three instead of four talent points. I've not tested this and can confirm that it will do this reliably.

I assume this is a bug.
