[1.7.4] Imbue Gem messes with talent_on_spell

When you imbue a gem with talent_on_spell (Prothotipe's Eye, Ureslak's Focus) into an item that also has talent_on_spell (Black Robe, Malslek's Hat),
the talent_on_spell from the gem will merge with the talent_on_spell from the item.
This overrides the triggered talent, but adds the level of the triggered talent and the chance of triggering together.
