In the Embers of Rage campaign, you can talk to the machine in Ruins of a lost city (3) while in Projection.
This will grant you the rewards, but not consume the tissue, meaning you can repeat this indefinitely.
This means you can walk out of there with infinite stats and infinite levels in certain talents.
