Some talents are misclassified under the "Instant" category (Fulmigate and Shoot in the screenshot) even though they take a turn to use and the category (as per its description) only caters to talents that don't consume a turn to use

Is this some super secret setting I've no clue about or an addon?

Uh I brainfarted when creating the topic. It's not the character screen, it's the monster's stat screen shown when you inspect them. No add on here, just select the sort type (bottom right) when checking the monster's talents.
