[1.7.2] Locked in Hall of Reflection

I used the rod of recall to leave the third level of the area generated by the Occult Egress. It returned me to the Sher'tul fortress, but sent me to the Hall of Reflection which I had not yet unlocked. Now I seem to be stuck with no way to leave. I don't know if there is more information necessary or which I can provide.
