[1.7.2] Adept doesn't update passives when it's picked up

Ok so this is a pretty annoying bug but basically when you pick up Adept, it doesn't update passives. Any scaling part in a passive that increases with talent level will only be updated if you assign or remove a point from it after taking adept(there's some that I think work properly but I assume it has to do with how they're applied).
To take an easy example I'm playing Yeek currently. I put 5points into my racial that gives global speed. It gives 15% global speed. I took adept, and while the tooltip says it should now be 18%, it's stuck at 15%. Because I have 5pts into it and didn't float a point, I also cannot force the passive to update, which means I won't get the benefit ever, changing areas or changing other points doesn't help, the only way I can see this being fixable is editing my save to remove one point from it and add a generic, so I can put the 5th point into it again.
It also mean I have to go and update every other passives manually by adding and removing points, which is kinda annoying.
