Psiblades does not work with Superpower

Psiblades should multiply "damage modifiers (how much damage they gain from stats)" but when combined with
Superpower it does not multiply the added "40% Wilpower damage modifier". In game is no mention of it not working together!

I'm fairly sure this isn't a bug. Psiblades multiplies the raw values of the mindstars by some factor. Superpower treats weapons as having an additional damage modifier of 40% WIL. I would expect the proper ordering to be multiplying the base value, then adding an additional 40% WIL, which is what happens. Mindstars already hit very hard under Superpower, so I don't think they need the buff, either.

Either the bug is that it is not multiplied, or the bug is that it is not mentioned in game, but there is a bug.
