Possible bug? Taint: Devourer and Aether Permeation

So basically, Weirding Beast's Taint: Devourer talent ignores Aether Permeation. Aether Permeation specifically checks for dispels, but the taint uses target:removeEffect(eff[2]) instead of dispel. Just felt it might not be intended so figured I'd point it out. It still protects you from Corrupted Negation so that's something.
