Seems to be an issue allowing them to equip heavy armor and saws with dex instead of STR. It kept happening with the saw on its tail too.

Got annoying enough that I just turned it into ranged mode and gave it light armor (though it doesn't get light armor skill).

I can confirm this. Also happens when it gets destroyed and you re-summon it.
