I got random unique based on snow giant wraps.
It's pretty powerful but is it normal?

Happens sometimes from Cults "Blightspawn" loot sources, most notably tentacle trees & boss of Scourged pits.
It's a bug but it really should be a feature as it's extremely interesting and they're fun to find.
