1.7.1 game consider I have a Qwerty keyboard not Azerty

My azerty keyboard, react as a qwerty.
ie: The "automatic accept target option" is bind by default on "W" which is my "Z"
May or may not be related: the ESC key, do not allow anymore deselect of spell targeting
