[1.7.0] Radiance lite radius

Hey, hi!
In 1.7.0 Radiance do not changes my lite radius at all.

Hum seems to works fine for me (on 1.7.1 but I didnt change this code)

I'm also having a weird issue with this. My lite radius was 5, and my Radiance had a range of six, but I could only see five tiles away. Then my lite radius became 3, and I could still see 5 tiles away? Judgement and Searing Sight work out to 6, so I'm not sure what's going on there-- I don't have Rod of Entropy or any other lite-decreasing items.
