infinite dungeon

Hello.
A quest is not completing in infinite dungeon. Pic should be self explanatory. Also a friend and i noticed there was no more escort spawning in the dungeon. Is that a feature since last patch or a bug?
edit : nvm it completed when i changed level, which is unusual, since it used to complete on last mob kill
