Fearscape can put you in a wall on exiting

When you get fearscaped by an enemy if the enemy is able to pass through walls then on exiting fearscape you yourself can be placed in a wall, leaving you suffocating with no way to escape other than a teleport. This can occur both when the enemy is able to pass through walls by basetype (i.e. dreads) or if they have something like wraithform active.
