Dunno if this is a bug or intentional (and if the latter, I'm curious about motivation), but I've noticed recently that some talents that can be usefully targeted on oneself, like Nature's Touch and Phase Door, have suddenly gained an "Are you sure you want to target yourself?" prompt that they did not previously have.
