[fixed] [1.67] Mecharachnid Chassis

As soon as the Mecharachnid aquired the two stances, it keeps on resetting it's custom talent usage whenever it dies or I swap stances.
This makes the tree pretty unplayable, which is a shame as it's amazing otherwise.

Tested it again, without addons and after a reinstall. It actually doesn't reset upon switching Chassis, but it still resets after a death of the Mecha. Still unplayable.
