[1.6.7] EoR - John no dialog

Killed Jon in Caves of Hatred and didn't get a pop up to either power the ring or bind him to it. No clue how i did that, couldn't reproduce.
I had the ring and it had neither of the possible power up after Jon death so i didn't click dialog without realising.
