[1.7b3] Earthen Bead active hotbar display

For some reason Nature's Touch active from Earthen Beads always appears faded in hotbar. If i select it then cancels it is no longer faded, but as soon as a turn passes it fades again.

That happen with many, many active items.
Also, some tems behave differently in different times.
