1.7b3 Putrescent Liquefaction throws an error message

When I tried using the skill, I got an error message (which I clicked the submit thing for in the game). The skill didn't take effect but the ghoul did disappear.

Ooops, it's broken again. This has happened every time I use putrescent liquifaction, no matter the situation. No effect and the ghoul disappears.

I get the same bug when enemies try to use it, too.
