Telos/Lost turns? [1.7b3]

A couple things:
1. The secrets of telos prodigy has "np_npc_use = true," instead of "no_npc_use = true,"
2. If bug 1 somehow let enemies have the secrets of telos without showing it in their talents, then this bug might be caused by an addon I'm testing (sorry), otherwise I'm pretty sure it's the base game.
A couple times the game has suddenly lagged and a lot has happened at once, from looking at the log it seems like at least 5 to 10 enemy turns. Both times this has happened were in high peak with an enemy's aether beam active on the map. I assume it's either related to aether beam itself, or talent_on_spell effects, but I lua inspected the most recent enemy this happened with and it doesn't have any talent_on_spell effects. Its classes are archmage and shadowblade, and it doesn't have any of the new things from archmage.
