The callbackOnTemporary effect uses p.src._is_actor instead of p.src.__is_actor, which means it never activates.
Even if this gets fixed though, the description suggests that any detrimental effect from an enemy can be avoided, but most talents that cause detrimental effects (other than dots) don't define a source and can't be avoided. This seems to include most stuns, which makes the talent much less valuable than it seems from the description, so either the description or the effect needs to be changed.
