[1.6.7] Mastery inconsistencies

So a bunch of masteries were put to 1.0 or 1.3 in 1.6, but a lot were left untouched.
Assuming it was supposed to be a trend, here are all the current outliers :
Demonologist : combat veteran and combat technique at 1.1
Doombringer : fearfire, combat technique, survival, hexes at 1.1, oppression at 1.2
Writhing One : survival at 1.2
Sawbutcher : engineering at 1.1, survival, physics, chemistry, blacksmith at 1.2
Gunslinger/Psyshot/Annihilator : survival at 0.9, blacksmith at 1.1, physics, chemistry, engineering at 1.2
Skeleton and Ghouls : racial at 1.1
Arguable : Krog have 1.2 antimagic.
