Shadow Smoke doesn't always debuff sight range despite the debuff saying so.
Haven't been able to isolate why it sometimes work and sometimes doesn't.

I have the debuff on me and the tooltip says my sight range is reduced by 11 but my sight range is still 14.
So no, not shrugging the debuff or anything.
