[1.7b1] List of talent not usable but not greyed out

Virulent Strike isn't greyed out while not dual-wielding or being disarmed.
Shadowstep isn't greyed out while disarmed.
I always forget to actually write those down so please, anyone thinking of some other talents add them to the list, I'll try and do the same.
