[1.7 beta1] Blighted Summoning and Dread

The Dread/Dreadmaster gains Blood Fury from Blighted Summoning, but has nothing that would allow it to deal blight or acid damage, making Blood Fury completely worthless. It also does not gain Dispel Magic from Dreadmaster.
