Mirror Image [1.7 b1]

A few mirror image bugs:
Can't be cast with no enemies in sight even though the tooltip suggest it should be possible.
Using blood grasp with mirror image active results in the image properly casting the spell, but being destroyed (with nothing in the log) instead of being healed. I assume this is either from the healing or the max life increase, but I don't know which since I can't think of other targeted spells with the same effect.
If you cast level 4+ phase door on an enemy and it teleports within range of the mirror image, the image taunts twice instead of casting phase door on it. I thought this might be intended, but the image will cast dimensional step under the same conditions, so it seems like one of them isn't working properly.
