ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

It seems that either my combination of runes, or the Higher race doesn't allow runeskin to function. I bought both a shatter afflictions and a ethereal rune in order to get the passive to work, however it seems that it simply doesn't activate. I have neither the crit chance nor the extra -hp.


EDIT: This was user error, I was being dumb and didn’t fully understand the skill.

It seems to work for me... are you sure you didn't have any infusions?
